ZX-T01 - Gratuity calculator
What the Act owes you.
Gratuity is set by the Payment of Gratuity Act, not by your employer's salary structure - so this needs one figure off your payslip and nothing else.
Outside it, the month is read as 30 days instead of 26 and the figure is lower.

What the Act fixes
7 years counted, at 15/26 of a month's wages.
Fifteen days of wages for each completed year, the month read as 26 working days.
The final basic plus DA, not an average and not the gross.
Completed service before it is payable at all - waived on death or disablement.
The lifetime tax-free ceiling, since March 2018. Anything above it is taxable.
The employer has 30 days from the last working day to pay, with interest after that.
A part year past six months counts as a whole one, which is why 7 years 0 months is read as 7.
Where this comes from
The same rules, on your real payroll.
This is one employee, typed in. Zenion provisions gratuity across every employee from their actual dates and last drawn wage, and carries it through full and final settlement with the rest of the statutory set.
